I’m Lex. I reside in Brooklyn, where I’m currently wearing my freelance writer hat. I’ve worked in Advertising for a cool 8 years and like many, I have no idea how I got here. I have, however, managed to get some places like R/GA, Meta and Peloton to hire me.
When it comes to writing, I love telling stories. Stringing together words from an assembly line of never ending thoughts. I like turning mundane observations about the world into narratives that make you think, “huh…I never thought of it like that”.
In all of my work I hope to connect people to one another, give a voice to historically excluded groups and make people feel something.
When I’m not working you can find me hanging with my french bulldog, hitting up a sample sale in SoHo, or planning my next adventure abroad.
